Register your test

1. Select your purchased test from the options below.
2. Enter your pet’s details and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter the 10-digit unique code (found inside your box) in the coupon field to activate your test.
4. Complete checkout — you’ll receive an email confirmation once registration is successful.

Collect the sample

1. Add a small amount of faeces to the sample pot.
2. For best results, collect over three consecutive days, adding to the same pot each day. A single sample may also be used if preferred.
3. Store the sample in a cool place or refrigerator until ready to post.

Post your sample

1. Close the pot firmly and place it in the zip-seal bag provided.
2. Return it to the box, then place the box inside the prepaid mail bag.
3. Record your tracking code if you wish to follow delivery progress.
